(December 13, 2018, 4:50 pm)???? ???? ???? Great tinting shop. Service is professional and experienced. Would definitely recommend this place anyone wanting to get tinting done. Prices are also very reasonable if not the lowest around !!!
(October 6, 2018, 8:00 am)They would have gotten 5 due to their excellent customer service but it was the after result that disappointed me. Essentially I was assured that my tint wouldn't bubble and if it did to let them know. They said no air conditioning unless it's from below and never open the window. Followed every instruction and the passenger side window (very top portion for door to door) had excessive small bubbling and drivers side a a ring of bubbles. I thought I would contact and inquire. I was told that it was still curing and not to worry. However, I could tell that this was beyond that point. I waited again and it never went away. I tried contacting them a second time and never got any response. I was easily about to recommend them to every person that inquires about my tint then I just suggested another shop that ended up doing an amazing job on their cars. It sucks when you want to give people business but would feel guilty if the people that inquire went through what I did. I literally have referred 15 plus cars to one tint shop that could have gone here. Please, in the future, get back to your customers when they have inquiries. Not a bad business but it sucks when I can't even get a response back for an error they told me they'd fix if it arises.
Edit: Thank you for the response, however as the problem needed correction as soon as possible, I have removed the tint on the passenger window. I would only say that i wish you would respond to inquiries quicker going forward. I was more annoyed at receiving no responses than the tint bubbling. The tint bubbles irritated me more when I realized I wasn't going to get a response and had to pay another shop for the work.
