The service was quick but the person at the front desk in the parts department was incredibly rude.

We always bring our vehicle to this dealership even though it is not the closest location for us

Service was excellent. Only complaint was that we said that we would wait while the service was being done, and we were not informed up front that the service would take many hours.

It’s difficult to criticize during a pandemic. Everybody at Volvo Metro West was friendly and strived to help.
I’m not certain that everything I wanted done was done and there was a lack of communication about what was and what wasn’t done to the car. Finally after almost 2.5 hours (was told that it would be 2+ hours) I had to ask if my car was ready rather than them telling or texting me.
Overall good, but far from great.

A fantastic dealership in the GTA. We have been patrons for the last 10 years and have had 4 amazing vehicles. The sales team are trained with expert knowledge on the vehicles and there is no undue pressure. The service team is great and punctual and they endeavour to get your vehicle ready and clean without any hassle.
