New equipment made the dreaded freezing virtually painless and worked very quickly. Was done and out in under an hour with advice about 'what happens if' etc. A friendly and talented group of people and it's actually a pleasure to go there.

I was nervous before the procedure but the staff and doctor at West Metro made me at ease and the whole procedure went smoothly without pain.
