Widdicombe Place

Great place to live with responsive staff, professional management and beautiful units.

Would recommend to anyone looking for a spacious unit in a nice building. With s mixture of older units and new units, it is hard to go wrong choosing one that fits your style. The price point is perfect and comes with security, concierge 24/7, pool, multiple gyms and game rooms. The indoor pool, tenis court and pool table are fun activities to have.

The units themselves are huge. The layouts fantastic. Our two bed, two bath was perfect. The ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet were icing on top.

The average time to get maintenance to fix something is quite fast. Typically same day.

The downside to this building is also an upside. This building has an active tenant union/association which is pay to play. They are a headache but obviously effective as this is the best place to stay in Toronto.

Personally, we will rent here again as few buildings in Toronto are as bug free, well maintained as this one. The tenants are like minded and friendly, the concierge staff attentive and the small things you never knew you needed will become critical if you ever move on.

The hospitality was top level and the community managers were very helpful.

I have had a very wonderful experience living at Widdicombe Place with my husband. We were always treated with kindness and the utmost respect. Our questions were always answered immediately. Our move into our suite was seamless and we had access to the best staff we could have imagined. The buildings were always decorated with beautiful fresh floral arrangements and festive decorations for each holiday. Residents were treated to coffee and social gatherings...during times of change we have observed how careful and confident the management has responded. We have watched this building build BBQ patios, pergolas, plant flowers & clean our lobbies until they shine. Our visitor parking is easily accessible and our indoor parking is such a pleasure. This detail may not cross your mind until you move into a building without it...Our parking has one way in and one way out ... we do not share cars coming and going in both directions...This is not common and a real luxury in design. I would recommend you strongly consider Widdicombe Place as your next home and perhaps your home to experience your future with your families.
