The only not so pleasant experience was with the finance person who kept pressurizing me to get extra coverage even when I explained that we were working within a strict budget. Aside that, it was a great experience overall. Thank you Christina and Woodbine Toyota.

She was extremely helpful and worked with me in making sure the whole process ran smoothly. She helped me what I was looking for and everything was in my price range, and it didn't take much time at all.
If you or anyone you know is looking to buy/lease a car, I would highly recommend coming to Woodbine Toyota, and most definitely ask for Christina Kim. You won't be disappointed.
(February 27, 2019, 12:24 am)This is one of the greatest dealerships that I've ever been!!! Honest and helpful staff in the dealership and within the garage! They even have a co-op program with local schools... And the kids working there are very professional and efficient and courteous, that it made me proud to go to this dealership!!! Awesome place to get an amazing car!!!

(January 14, 2019, 3:01 pm)I bought my first Toyota at this location. If you ever visit this location, PLEASE do yourself a favour and work with Manny the sales rep.
I dealt with Manny. He is a newer sales rep to Woodbine Toyota but he is a WEALTH of knowledge and extremely helpful. Any questions I had he knew right away so I didn't have to try and look through the manual. He made sure we had what we were looking for, and was very personable and professional. We drove from Hamilton to this location and he was willing to work with us regarding pick-up of the vehicle. He provided me with his contact information to ensure we were able to contact him with any questions and concerns we had before we picked up the vehicle. He has followed up with me to ensure I am pleased with my purchase, and I really appreciated that. I will be recommending Woodbine Toyota and Manny specifically to anyone looking for a vehicle.
