5 Dufresne Court Apartments

Just got my 2 bedroom apartment. Manager is very professional (darwin)and pleasant to deal with. Building is very clean, apartment was also very clean and spacious. Huge bedrooms.big closets and walk out balcony. Schools are very close, shopping malls short distance away. Family area and good neighbourhood. i had a great experience with them!

I recently just move to this place and I totally like it the view from my balcony is breathtaking That’s one of my Favourite. When it comes to the maintenance that I request, kuya Darwin the superintendent his very fast doing the action to fix it such repaint the bathroom ceiling and the wall in the living room his very hard worker person and also very helpful all the residents who has a questions and complaints regarding about the maintenance he is trying his best to work it out as fast as he can actually after I sent my maintenance request after 2 days they came to my unit to check the request that I ask and the next day they gave me 24 hours notice that there’s a contractor will come and fix my bathroom ceiling and living room wall so basically I got my maintenance request done in less than a week and I’m totally impress with kuya Darwin and the Centurion Properties they’re very professional and very kind people and most especially excellent for customer service and I don’t regret living in this building...
