I highly recommend Advanced Automotive Car Care. I have taken my vehicles to this shop for over ten years. Bob, Jonathan and the rest of the staff are very knowledgeable which they are happy to share. They have created an atmosphere of respectful dialogue with their clients regardless of one’s level of ‘car understanding’. Bob and Jonathan make the appointments within a reasonable amount of time but have been known to respond quickly in emergency situations. Customer satisfaction and impeccable workmanship is their priority. In my experience the staff at Advanced Automotive Car Care is committed to solving any issues brought to them.

A breakdown in Toronto, during a pandemic, while ferrying children to grandma's cottage, with their pets was a bit of a nightmare.

Behind the plexiglass Bob greeted me with a smile and a genuine desire to help us, even accommodating for our pets. He had us back on the road a few hours later.

I took my bill to my regular mechanic, who takes very good care of us, and even he had one of his back of the hand compliments, "You did pretty good, for Toronto!"
