Really professional and clean atmosphere. I am working with chiropractor Dr. Josh Binstock for help with my back and am very pleased with his level of knowledge and care. Unlike other chiros I have been to that get you in and out in 15 minutes, josh really takes the time to understand your issue and provides quality treatments.

Recovering from a shoulder injury, I went to aethos through a recommendation. The staff there are incredibly nice and was very detailed and thorough. Initially I only went there to rehab my shoulder, but through the dedication and hard work that I saw, I decided to start working out there as well. From that point, my body has gotten so much stronger and my injury has complete healed. Highly recommended!!!

So, I first found these folks through my daughter's desire to have top level volleyball fitness training. We did some research and this is the place that came up as #1. They didn't disappoint in helping my daughter.

I also realized that the place was staffed with Ex-Team Canada athletes that had transitioned to jobs as Athletic Trainers, Naturopathic Doctors, Chiropractors and more.

I then decided to make the plunge and personally start training and using all of the wellness and fitness services they offered. I'm still going at it, my health has improved tremendously and the entire place is 1st Class.

It's always difficult to believe that "this place" is really the place with qualified people. I can tell you that this place is that place. It also smells incredible and is kept immaculately clean in their beautiful facilities.

Josh is an amazing chiropractor; I have been seeing him for over a year and he has done wonders for my lower back and shoulder. As an Olympic athlete he has experienced a lot of injuries, so he can empathize with your pain and discomfort. I have seen many chiropractors in my life and Josh is hands down the best I have ever been to, he is progressive with new treatments and technologies as well as using acupuncture if the injury calls for it. The facility (Aethos) is large, modern and clean. Josh is also very punctual, there is very little waiting once you are at the clinic, which is not the case for a lot of chiropractor offices. I would highly recommend Josh to any of my friends or family.

I went to Aethos regarding some lower back pains I have been experiencing for a month or two. Aethos was recommended to me by a teammate of mine who goes there for treatment as well, so I thought I should try it. This clean, beautiful facility was equipped with state of the art equipment and amazing amenities. I had Dr. Josh Binstock help me release the tension from my back, and even after one session it was already beginning to feel relieved. The use of his technology, chiropractic techniques and acupuncture were all beneficial. It was great that he also explained to me the root causes of my pains which allowed me to understand why these pains were happening. The staff at Aethos are all very friendly and polite towards both customers and each other. Overall, my experience at Aethos was exceptional. Highly Recommended!
