Staff is very friendly and helpful! I had Joanne help me out and she was so nice and honest. She explained all the services pretty well and I truly appreciate everything she did for me. She helped me get a new frame and some contact lenses, and she was very patient with me when teaching me how to put contact lenses on :)

Joanne was amazing, most patient person ever. Because of Joanne, I ended up stepping outside of my comfort zone with a frame I never thought I’d leave with. She also stuck with me and didn’t stop helping me until I found the perfect pair and I love my new glasses! Her advice was amazing, Thanks Joanne!

Love my glasses. The experience was very positive. Joanne was extremely helpful and patient as I was picking my glasses. Only negative thing would be that the glasses took two weeks to make since they don’t have a lab. Will definitely get my next glasses here!

The service at this centre was superb. I genuinely felt like special treated with utmost professionalism and kindness. The whole process was explained to me and helped all the way with making the right decisions without feeling pressured to make a buy. The professionalism was across board from the optometrist to the dispensing opticians. I will like to specifically mention that Ashley was above all the best. She stood out as most friendly, knowledgeable about the product and fantastically professional. Her energy and charm was remarkable. Thanks to her help I took advantage of the on going sale .
