(July 16, 2017, 12:06 pm)I was very happy with my experience at ARD in Vaughan. My consultant, Kimia, spent hours with me to ensure that I selected the outdoor furniture that suited my space. Kimia created several CAD drawings to show me how various arrangements would fit on my deck. Her suggestion about a cantilever umbrella was much appreciated because of the amount of sun on the deck. When I needed the furniture by a certain date, Kimia, went the extra mile to talk to the owner, who sent a message to the factory to ensure that my furniture would be ready in time for delivery. Thanks to Danny, at the warehouse, and the two-man delivery team, my furniture arrived in time for my family gathering. The delivery duo set everything up the way I requested (they even brought the necessary bags of pea gravel to fill up the base of the umbrella) and then they took away all the packaging and boxes. I appreciated the service and quality at ARD.
