Behaviour Matters

Behaviour Matters has been instrumental in supporting our child through an undoubtedly challenging time. Tania has a natural talent for connecting with children and as a result having them look forward to their time with her. Thank you for the tremendous positive changes you have helped effectuate!

My 9 year old son has come a long way since starting at Behaviour Matters. Always nervous and in his head, Tania has helped him to communicate his feelings out loud and grow more confident in who he is. Her expertise and guidance has been top notch from the very beginning. She has opened his eyes to his see his own strengths and work on growing new ones. He always looks forward to their sessions where he can ask her questions and get her thoughts on things that he is wondering or struggling with. At the end of their chats, he always has a smile on his face and works hard to attempt the things she advises him to try. He trusts her and her guidance. I can, with confidence, recommend Behaviour Matters without hesitation.

I have to say I am beyond thankful for all of the work the instructors did and continue to do with my daughter. The material they cover and strategies they provide for the children are age appropriate, engaging and fun. My daughter loves to share what she has learned that session and I have seen her apply the skills/strategies taught into her daily routine. As a parent I like getting the weekly reviews on how her session went and what she did well and what we as parents can continue to encourage her to work on. The mid-program information session is also helpful to ask any questions or add any input we have as parents which is great. When I asked my daughter a word to describe her experience with this organization and her response was, "Spectacular!!" I am happy with the service and support of Behaviour Matters and happy I came across it on social media back in August 2020. Thank You!

I had such a positive experience at behaviour matters! From the very first time! the environment was welcoming, The staff was friendly and warm. My schedule is extremely difficult to navigate but the staff always went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and worked around my availability without complications and that meant so much to me. I would highly recommend!
