I purchased from Benaco options several times now, opened two restaurant with the equipment they auctioned. Have been finding great deals on often barely used pieces of equipment. Love the live on-line auction. The staff is quiet helpful, and I've been dealing with one of their suggested drivers, Byron, who is truly trustworthy. Make sure that you read the notes about the condition of the equipment, as it can happen that they don't work very well.

There isn't another place like them in Ontario or Canada for that matter. There are other auction companies sure, but these guys are specialists at everything they do. A one stop shop with great customer service.

I have opened three restaurants on the cheap with equipment from Benaco. I have never had an issue with a piece of equipment and scored some really great deals. The guys working there have gone above and beyond on multiple occasions. I'll be a customer as long as I'm in this business.

Great experience! Online auction - was very easy to sign up, view items, and bid in the auction day of. Many emails reminding me of the upcoming auction with informative details. The live online auction ability is great. Customer service is amazing. I spoke to a woman named Brinkley following the closing. She was personable, efficient, knowledgeable and gave me great direction on payment, delivery and my options for moving forward with the items I ordered. I was patched through to their delivery person, who gave me a quote on driving to 4 locations to pick up my items and delivery east in the GTA. He was very knowledgeable and gave me his direct line.
