Brought an iPad Air in for repair. Screen was cracked and part of it wasn't responding to touch. They repaired the screen but could not fix the area that wasn't responsive to touch, so there was still a "dead region" on the iPad. Despite the ipad being mostly usable (just need to rotate it if there's a button in the dead region), without even me asking, I immediately got 50% off. They made no profit off my repair, even though it wasn't their fault that the ipad was damaged to such an extent. When someone won't take your money unless they know they did a good job, even if it's not their fault, I go on Google and give them a good review!

Quick repairs, fairly priced. Easy access. Not your biggest selection of gear but good for what they have. Great customer service
