Contacted Blackstar Aluminum for a leaf guard solution - sent email via their website. The next day I was contacted and made arrangements for a consultation. Representative was knowledgeable and able to address issues (one side of house is very close to neighbour and an aluminum roof). He provide an assessment and recommendation and quote was provided. Quote was reasonable (and payment due after installation). Based on previous reviews, Blackstar Aluminum had high ratings/reviews. I decided to proceed with them. I was not disappointed. As provided in another review (of which I agree) - "Service was prompt, professional, and quality of their product is superb. Workmen did a great job quickly installing new and taking away old with no mess or damage." Overall, excellent service from beginning to end.
