  I got a new piano disassembled, moved and reassembled with the help of Jason, Kahlil and Julian. They all did their work very professionally and nicely. There was a small scratch above the keyboard and they apologized and are coming back to fix it. I'm very happy with the service they offered.

  Had my antique piano disassembled, moved and reassembled. The men who did the work were very nice and professional. Arrived early for our scheduled appointment. They did a great job and I’m very happy with the service.

  I emailed this company after receiving a referral from a close friend. I was looking to move a piece of fitness equipment weighing approx 500 pounds, The machine was able to be broken down into a couple pieces.
  
  My original email was sent on Nov 19th to which a representative named Sonia responded asking for pictures the next day on Nov 20. Fast forward to November 26th no answer or quote provided until I emailed that evening. Response the next day quoting $600+ tax after the machine was dismantled for them.
  
  Poor customer service and uncompetitive quote. They lost my business and the referral customers business.

  In all fairness a one star rating may have been harsh. Clearly I didn't put enough emphasis on the customer service versus the price. I've adjusted the rating to reflect what I assume would be an average experience rating of 3......
  
  My main complaint about this experience along with so many other businesses is the customer service component. I waited almost 7 days for a quote and only received a response after emailing your business again. Had I of not contacted Sonia again I believe I never would have received a quote period. If you are experiencing delays in responding to customers at least advise them of this when you reply. I emailed Sonia back explaining online reviews are for this exact purpose. Guess what? No reply to that email either. Customer Service is my complaint.
  
  No I did not have a bad day when I wrote this review. No I am not having a hard time finding a company to move this. You are the only company i contacted since I was given your information from a close friend who used your services to move a piano. What I had was a frustrating experience. These types of reviews should help your business understand the importance of customer service and the affect it has on potential and current clients.
  
  Thank you for taking the time to reply. I just think you missed the point.

  Everything went exactly as promised by Braymore for the move of our 1920's restored Model M Steinway baby grand piano. Transparent rates and billing system, well organized, on time and excellent movers (Quentin, Kahlil and Adrian). They were protective of the surrounding premises on both ends of the move. They carefully documented the current condition of the piano and by the end there wasn't a single new ding or scratch. This is the second time we've used Braymore with good results. Highly recommended.

  The best movers in Toronto. They moved an impossibly heavy 3000lb stone tub for us with confidence and expertise. We just used them again on a furniture move and the movers were so nice and professional.
  
  Sonia was a great communicator sending me images and calling me with the move schedule.
