Hopefully, Dean reads this. I am hearing during online sessions, lecturers / professors are not available for the entire duration of the classes the students have paid for. In some cases, I am hearing professors may not even teach the material. In some cases, professors teach about an hour for a three hour session saying it is Seneca's directive. Is someone from Dean's staff audting these online sessions? Students are handicapped as they have no access to call center or face to face appt to communicate their issues to seek help! Are others experiecing similar issues with online teaching? Can Dean's office set up a toll free # to address students concerns?
