Been there this morning for a fingerprint service. Super friendly and helpful staff. Great organization during this pandemic, they let people wait in car and give you a call when it's your turn so there's no crowded here. One of their employees speaks Mandarin if you need Mandarin service. The lady at the front desk was super patient and been nice to everyone. 100% recommend! 💯 💯

Highly, highly recommend this team. Not only did they maintain a clean and hygienic environment in light of Covid, they also implemented protocols to keep everyone safe. They clearly explained the whole process to us and now we simply need to hear back from the RCMP. My family and I are very appreciative of how accommodating they were and how they went above and beyond to meet with us.

I walked in to the office in 2nd floor to apply for fingerprint RCMP criminal record. The place is nice and clean. Everybody is wearing mask, and they are serious about hand sanitizing, which is very good.
Overall, my experience there was very good. I just followed their instructions to fill in the form, giving fingerprints, and paid. Pretty much that's it. I am satisfied with their service.
