Lots of sales going on. Staff looking out for covid precautions. Store respecting precautions as well. Line ups are short. Cashiers are quick to process product. Staff available to answer questions and offer price checks when needed. Ample free parking. Many other stores in the area.

Waited 10+ minutes for someone to even come up to help with "online orders" for some reason the girl at customer service couldn't help me. When the girl casually arrived, she then had to to get the product from the back.. the item could have at least been communicated when she called for her. Sale items hardly in stock and staff have no manners. 2 cash registers max opened at once so the lines are always insane

They sell tires and stuff?

Went to pickup moving boxes which were marked as plenty in stock. When I got there they told me there were only 2 because the online team had used. So strange that the online team did not have an automatic update of the inventory. I have experienced this in other Canadian Tire stores as well. I wish they fixed their systems to automatically reflect stock real-time.
