(June 9, 2020, 9:52 pm)I’ve been renting out a unit at Carnforth Self Storage for 2 years now. The premises and the units are spotless. The unit door is solid and they always have available trolleys around to use. The main door is automated with a personal code, which provides extra safety.
The owners are friendly, very professional and always willing to help.
Also, I receive automatic email receipts every month when my card gets charged, which is very convenient.
Overall, I’m extremely satisfied and have no complaints. Would highly recommend this place!
(May 15, 2020, 2:49 am)From the very first call to inquire, I had nothing but amazing customer care! The building is clean and security is great. I love that the office is right up front.
I was able to get my lock and everything right there. No hidden fees and felt I wasn't being unsold.
I really feel I made the right choice!
