Noreen at your Jane and Sheppard location is a very skilled worker. She has displayed this on numerous occasions, I feel this needs to be made known.
After a long day at work or a stressful week, at times I may not be smiling wither I'm upset , tired or not. Her smile helps to bring out mine.
Her people skills are great, she has been excellently trained and this is evident. You can tell she also has a natural knack for service delivery and
communication!

You have great staff there, one sticks out to me greatly! Harry is a very knowledgeable, professional and on point. His smile shines more than his watch and it is a delight dealing with him, please let him know how wonderful he is!
