Decent tea for good prices. There's usually seating, but it can get pretty busy

This location is a bit tricky to find in the plaza. Its a franchise so everything is standardized. I remember requesting low sugar and the employee laughing it off infront of our face and not bothering to make the adjustment. However, I love bubble tea and I love cha time. Don't make bad experiences dictate whether you like tye place or not. I'm sure not all the employees are like that and our drinks from here are usually good.

There is a gentleman named Kenny who owns this place, we share the same name but this guy makes the whole experience so much better. The Passionfruit Green Tea with QQ is my go to drink here. Everything is made fresh ! Thank you so much for your hospitality and the customer loyalty is something so beautiful. Never lose this quality, Kenny. You are the best at what you do. Easily my favourite ChaTime location!
