When he ran into an issue he took the initiative and connected with the home branch that needed to approve something and he contacted multiple people to ensure that he could solve my problem. Understandably because of the complexity I had to come back the next day. But when I did he had sorted everything out with the other branch that morning and have me printouts. Awesome job!

There is a security guard around at all times which is nice. Most of the staff is extremely helpful and eager to assist, however there are a couple of
Employees who don’t care about you at all, and are quite dismissive. I just avoid them and go to the helpful ones. Keep in mind, there are no tellers at this location, it is mostly self serve.
