CIBC Branch with ATM

I am a totally white haired senior. My teller was 100% efficient. That's the positive. The negatives are that she was stony/poker faced and handled her work and looked at me as a stony faced cop would do when handing me a ticket - unlike the teller to her left who was pleasantly chatty. A smile would have been great. Even a half smile would have been fine. She was blonde, had expensive bling on her wrist and fingers. This was as if to tell me that she was well off and didn't really need the job, but wanted something to get herself out of the house. I know that limiting bling on a lady can be a touchy thing to do. If I was the Manager, I would tell her to give at least a half smile to all seniors. They deserve it. Not to do so might deter them from approaching the bank to invest a substantial amount of money. They are the face of the bank.
