Recently made several key copies of different key types for a condo unit . One key had an issue and they made a new copy quickly that works well. The service was friendly and hassle-free, will return if I need locksmith services.

A neighbour locked herself out of the house in the morning before work. They came right away and she made it to work on time. Great job!

Citywide’s response time is amazing. They are my first call anytime we have an issue with a lock or a tenant is locked out of there unit. The service is always excellent.

I dropped into the store today in order to get a few keys cut since I had lost mine on the TTC about a week prior. They were actually able to cut a new key for my mailbox which is quite unusual since not many of the key stores carry that particular blank. I got both keys cut for a very reasonable price for the area. The staff were courteous and and I would recommend the store for locks, keys and door hardware. They had more handles on display than I've ever seen in my life.
