Amazing customer service!!! If everybody in the service industry would take the time and care that Samar Haveez has taken for myself and my family, the world would be a better place. On multiple occasions, I have contacted Samar with random questions and requests that are outside of what I expect are the "norm". Samar responds with efficiency and competence, and somehow manages to smile through emails and phone calls. She is proactive in finding policies that best suit my needs, always keeping my budget in mind. I have adult children whom Samar also represents, and she has provided the same dedicated care to them.
