Went today, and was quite shaken up. Sharon was so very kind, made me comfortable by asking if I needed water and brought me a chair. She made a potentially unpleasant experience one that was positive and stress free. I even got a hug at the end of our interaction, something that comforted me.

My experience at this centre was much better than expected. The staff was very knowledgeable and helped me submit my report right away. They are very efficient and accurate and won't take too much of your time. Not only this but they are very kind and reassuring.

Sharon in particular is amazing at her job. She was very understanding of the fact that reporting a collision is stressful and she addresses this by explaining the process so that you can report your accident properly. She helped me fill out my report and it only took a couple minutes. The other woman that helped me was Camila and she finalized my report within minutes as well. She was very quick and accurate. Overall great experience and I am glad to know that I have a collision like this in my neighborhood.

Came into the collision Centre with my mom today, the nerves were up to the roof and as soon as we walked our nerves went down because we were met by an amazing and kind woman who helped us the entire time named Sharon.

The manager Bibi was also extremely helpful, kind and very professional.

PLEASE, ask for Sharon when you come in (if she hasn't already greeted you) and trust me you day will be better.

    5 stars, thank you!

I came in extremely upset and anxious. As soon as I got there Sharon was comforting, compassionate and very helpful. She had single handedly made my day better, I don't know if I could have done it all without her. Overall all the staff are very helpful, making it an extremely positive customer service experience.

The Collision reporting centre is clean and well-appointed, and the front office staff are very helpful and professional. A good thing if you are still shaken up from a crash. That said, I only wish they would do more to warn clientele about the vultures in their midst -- THE TOW TRUCK OPERATORS. If you ever have the misfortune of needing to use this facility, under no circumstances should you EVER let a tow truck operator talk you into taking your vehicle away from the Collision Reporting Centre. LEAVE IT THERE! IT IS A HARBOUR OF SAFETY! Let your insurance company help you with the next step! No matter how friendly, helpful or reassuring they may seem, the tow truck operators' ONLY GOAL is to get YOUR VEHICLE into THEIR YARD. That way they can hold on to it for WEEKS ON END, while they try to squeeze your insurer for maximum payoff and pressure you to have the repair work done by THEIR dubious pals. I speak from experience. REMEMBER: A TOW TRUCK OPERATOR IS PROHIBITED BY LAW FROM TRYING TO PUSH ANY FURTHER SERVICE ON YOU*. PROCEED ACCORDINGLY.

(*Ontario Consumer Protection Act 2002 (Regulation 17/05 52.11) PROHIBITS tow truck operators from recommending repair and storage facilities, legal service providers or health care service providers.)

I came here to report my car accident and I couldn’t believe how fast the process was! I was expecting to be here for an hour and a half minimum, but I was done within half an hour. Sharon was super quick to get me to a station, and super helpful when I needed her assistance. She also made sure to check up on me and any other people who had just been in an accident to see if we were ok. Sharon definitely made reporting my accident better — great morale booster. Overall, wonderful, fast service.
