(November 6, 2018, 2:17 pm)If you want the best pandesal in Toronto, you go here. On Saturday’s, make sure to get there early or you’ll have to wait 20 minutes for a fresh new batch. Even still, the 20 minute wait is worth the melt-in-your-mouth sweet and savoury bun.
