I wish it was possible to give 0 stars!
I bought a unit at the Danforth by the Main location. THE BUILDER IS DELTERA INC. I complained from the beginning to them that there was a problem with the BATHROOM FANS in my unit. We couldn't hear them go on and they were not drawing out the condensation from the shower. In the cold weather the condensation would spread to my living room and FOG UP MY WINDOWS!
Well, after six months of doing nothing, they WORE ME DOWN! I decided to have the fans installed on my own only to discover AFTER SPENDING $500 ON FANS AND INSTALATION COSTS that there is none, has never been, NO ELECTRICAL SYSTEM OR WIRING IN MY BATHROOM.
ALL THEY HAVE BEEN ABLE TO OFFER ARE SYMPATHIES no solutions!
Shame on them! THEY ARE LEADERS IN THE SCAB BUILDER GROUP! SHAMELESS! MONEY LOVING don't care anything about their product or customers!!!
I'm including two photos of my bathroom fan and their work! NO FAN IN SIGHT! NO ELECTRICAL IN SIGHT!
