I had a problem with the bbq starting and they serviced and replaced a part right away. A very positive experience.

He answered all my questions, I ordered the BBQ online and they delivered to Halton Hills assembled (which is fantastic option most places charge for assembly). Delivery Team was friendly and funny. They provided a quick tutorial on use and care. I would recommend Dickson to anyone. So happy love my BBQ Thank You Brian !
