The doctors are exceptional. Dr. Matthew MacLeod is FENOMENAL and will go far and beyond for his patients. Extremely knowleageable and has a great referral network. The front desk however is HORRIBLE. The service from the receptionists is abismal. It is a real shame because all of the doctors here are absolutely brilliant and LISTEN to their patients. They respect their patients. I wish they would fire and re-hire nicer and more respectful receptionists. Hopefully they read this and re-assess that part. I’ve we’ve with them for 4yrs and the front desk has always been an issue and just seems to get worse, it kills the experience, so disrespectful.

I noticed many complaints about the receptionists here...these people are clueless as to how much work is involved in a medical clinic. Most "busy" clinics usually are unable to get to all the calls immediately and at this clinic I have always left a message and was called back within a very reasonable amount of time. I always find all the receptionists more than pleasant and accommodating. Dr. Dunston is a very professional and caring physician who handles any and all of my issues thoroughly and with sensitivity.
I couldn't be happier with my doctor and the staff at this clinic.

I have never had any of my calls not returned within the hour. People need to learn to patiently wait for calls to be returned. Instant gratification doesn’t work here. Dr. Monavvari is an amazing doctor, as are his assistants, Meghan and Maria. Good luck to those who think that they’ll be treated better elsewhere.
