My G licence road test was booked at Downsview and I waited a very long time for the appointment. 6 months to be exact. So I decided to look at the reviews as one does. I was terrified to go. They were all negative talking about long lines, that they failed everyone and were rude and disrespectful to people
My test was today. I have no idea what people are complaining about. Yes, its busy and so get up early and stand in line. They open at 7 , be there at 6. Simple.
It was very organized and everyone that worked there was polite. I passed my test and I was scared and nervous for nothing. Maybe people these days are impatient and expect things given to them that they haven’t earned. I see that a-lot now. Everyone gets whats coming to them. Appreciate the time they allot to you and arrive prepared.

I've been going to this drive test centre quite a bit recently. I have been getting my DZ license. Every time I go I wait a bit but that's to be expected. And each time I went the staff were courteous and professional. Very good drive test centre

I had a very good experience at this place yesterday. I came at 10:30 am and was done with everything in an hour. Yes, there are lines, limited amount of people inside and in a classroom for G1 test. Yes, you need to bring your own proper mask. Staff is friendly and explains everything properly. I guess, if you don’t comply with rules, they don’t have much of a choice but make sure you follow them. Study well for your exam, and you’d be fine! Aced mine with the first attempt! :) however, if you don’t, you can get back in line to attempt it again for $16.
