Large store with better of variety if products compared to Eaton Centre. Better displayed. Very helpful staff member who made excellent suggestions

Glaiza, one of the sales persons, assisted me. Not only was she professional and respectful, but also incredibly engaging and showed an interest in each customer that walked in the door. She added an extra layer of positive energy to my experience.

Highly suggest this store for buying big winter coats that will keep you warm throughout the winter. They often have really good promotions in store. The sales people are the best and always knowledge and helpful. I cannot say enough about the quality of the coats and the customer rewards and membership program is also extremely great. Overall highly recommend.

Fairview Eddie Bauer is a great location. I feel that they almost always have stock of their merchandise and the staff are very helpful. They don't hover over you and let you do your own shopping until you ask for help. I've done a few returns here and the staff are super easy to work with. They are also very willing to help call other locations to check for stock elsewhere. I also really like the brand. They have lifetime warranty on everything!
