Elder Care Transitions

I have to admit, I was skeptical at first about ElderCare Transitions, as my family were mandated to use their services to move my parents to a retirement home during the pandemic. Never have I been more wrong, but I could be happier to admit it. Talia, Jen and her team could not have been better. Kind, efficient, and reasonably priced. They went WELL beyond the call of duty and even helped unpack and move new furniture when we had additional; requirements after the initial move. They responded with lightning speed, pivoted on a dime when problems arose, presented helpful and reasonable solutions and made what could have been a nightmare a relatively smooth transition. I can't recommend them enough

My sister, who lived alone on the ninth floor of a retirement home, recently had a serious stroke. She was eventually moved to the assisted living area on the second floor of the same facility. Elder Care Transitions (ECT) was recommended to help with the move. Kyle walked with us through the original suite, answering our questions and assuring us that ECT could look after all the details. My wife and I returned a few times to sort and decide what should go to the new suite, to storage, to charity, or to the garbage. On fairly short notice Kyle and his team did the rest. On moving day the service elevator was not working. Everything destined for the new suite had to be carried down seven flights of stairs! At the end of the day Kyle did a walk through on WhatsApp to show us the new suite. Everything else was looked after according to our wishes. The ECT team was professional, friendly, helpful, courteous, prompt and reasonably priced.

Wonderful service! Elder Care took all the worry out of moving my mother. They handled everything. I would highly recommend them.

Talia and her crew looked after our Mum's stuff with such respect and sensitivity......my brother, sister and I were able to deal with the difficult task of moving our mother in to an assisted living place without worrying about how to deal with her extra furniture.( too many fine details were taken care of to mention!) I cannot thank them enough!! Please, do not think twice about using Elder Care Transitions!

This service is wonderful. Just moved my Mom from her 2 bedroom condo to a 1 bedroom unit in a seniors residence. The full service move definitely made the difficult decision more bearable. Can't believe that only 3 movers were able pack, move and unpack my Mom's furniture and belongings in a matter of hours. Apparently, they were also moving other people on the same day, too! My mom was amazed to walk into her new apartment fully furnished (complete with pictures hung, display items and everything put away) ... She was very happy to see her new residence with all her things. Such attention to detail and they were very kind and sensitive ... Thank-you, Kyle, Jen and Mehdi!! And, Talia, too :)
