Seneca, the celebrated Roman philosopher, statesman and dramatist (4BC-68 AD) once remarked that 'Nothing is more honourable than a grateful heart.'

As I muse on the words of wisdom enshrined in this golden thought it sparkles like a precious diamond in my mind and so it is against this lucent backdrop that I am taking the liberty of writing this 'Revised Review' of Dr.Steve Arshinoff who is not only a world leader who can perform sequential bilateral cataract surgery in which both eyes of the patient undergo the operation during the same session but ,in my humble view, 'an Angel of Humanity.'
On January 15, 2015 I had surgery regarding the removal of cataract and the implanting of refractive intraocular lenses in respect of both of my eyes at the Humber River Hospital in Toronto.The operation was performed principally by this renowned ophthalmologist and his supporting stellar team.
The surgery was incredibly painless, a resounding success and my vision was extremely good, instantaneously ,following its completion. It remains so at the time of writing this gracious 'Revised Review'.
Throughout the pre and post -operative periods I was extremely impressed by the pleasant deportment, infectious smile, great sense of humour, care and concern for my eyes and professionalism of this illustrious doctor of ophthalmology.
It is ,therefore, without hesitation that I recommend the services of this 'Dear and Glorious Physician' to anyone in dire need of medical treatment for the eyes including cataract surgery and the insertion of intra -ocular lenses.
It's a decision that the patient will never forget for when this distinguished doctor with a dazzling array of academic credentials and an incredible wealth of experience in ophthalmology, has finished his job on your eyes you 'll feel as if our 'Lord and Saviour" has touched them!
I was somewhat blind at one time but now my vision is excellent!
May your resplendent career continue to be laced with the golden ribbons of success Dr.Arshinoff and it is my fervent wish that you and your family be garlanded by the sweet roses of happiness and prosperity in this transient journey of life.

Dr Arshinoff, is the best..

I've been a patient for over 10 years. Great staff, kind, efficient and well organized. Dr Arshinoff did for me what 3 other specialists could or would not do which has vastly improved my quality of life.
