Had my first appointment with this practice over a week ago and have to say was very impressed. Dr. Bandali listened and completely understood my eye issue. I am thankful to have found an eye doctor who cares deeply for her patients. First impressions last a long time with me and her and her team are kind, considerate and compassionate. I highly recommend anyone in North York to make this place their first stop on their road to better vision.

Took my Dad here today for his first appointment and we were impressed! Very friendly staff, super clean clinic and awesome doctor!! Their covid-19 cleaning and sanitizing measures are great and we felt safe. The technician, May was super friendly and efficient. My Dad felt at ease right away. Dr. Bandali was awesome!! Super friendly, very knowledgeable! She did not rush, accommodated all our questions and had excellent bedside manner! If I could give 10 stars, I would!

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience in my first ever visit. with Dr. Bandali. I was impressed with their professionalism and their COVID-19 measures. They were extremely helpful and felt they were genuinely concerned about my health. Would highly recommend to everyone!

Our family has been going to Dr Stevens for over ten years now. We feel lucky to have a doctor who genuinely cares about our well being. We used to live at Yonge/Finch and now we drive in from Markham. This is a testament to our confidence in the service that we have received from Dr Stevens and her staff!
