Ron had the courtesy to provide me with a tour of his facilities and explain the window coverings process from start to finish -even before we decided to purchase blinds and shutters from him. With all the chain stores out there it was a refreshing change to find a local, family owned manufacturer of high quality window fashions. Ron was very helpful in answering my questions, his passion for the business clearly showed. I provided the measurements and his team fabricated them to a perfect fit for our home. However, with our front bay windows, I did not clearly specify the mounting direction and was disappointed when I could not complete the installation. A call to Ron was met with a commitment to provide a solution. After a brief discussion with his father, alternate mounting hardware was the answer!
During the installation I couldn’t help but notice the quality of the product. Very solid construction, built to last. Fair price and outstanding customer service. I will highly recommend Finecraft Window Fashions for your home.
