I have been going to focus optical for about 10 years now. First when they were in the manor plaza on overbrook, and now on sheppard. First it was glasses and now I order my contact lenses from them. There is never any pressure when you walk into Tibors store and it's like talking to a friend. Now I have had the pleasure of meeting his daughter. When you leave a voice message or send an email you will always get a reply back. I am not a man who gives glowing references if it is not how I feel. But With FO it is well deserved. S.Z

Great place for glasses. First of all, Miriam, the store manager, was so friendly and patient. When my son needed to choose glasses, she took out so many pairs and patiently went through each one with him, helping him narrow the choice, but ultimately he chose the pair that suits his face; and he loves his glasses. Secondly, she gives top rate service. Whenever my glasses breaks or needs adjustment.....It's done on the spot with a big smile!!
