(January 21, 2019, 12:16 am)Not my freshii favourite, despite is a pop-up one in a shell store. The service (or self service I will say) it’s a bit overpriced. I have to look forward forks, napkins and ask for a bag after the shopping. If you have time and you are a freshii lover like me, I rather invite you to attend an actual store. The price is almost or same like the one in the store and the portions are half of the real ones. Layout was ok, but as part of the whole customer experience, it wasn’t pleasant, I feel like the place I was actually in ( a gas store) but with fancy prices. The idea is great but they need to improve the customer experience if they are willing to charge that price, nothing wrong over that.
