(February 11, 2019, 12:43 am)Living at 50 Graydon hall since 2017 I have never had a problem. The owners are very nice. I would recommend this place to everyone looking for a rental apartment.

I've lived at Graydon Hall since late 2018 and its marvellous. Our clean renovated apartment, safe neighbourhood, working elevators and washing machines, diverse people, bug free, clean, clean, clean!!!! with an elementary and high school nearby, and a great magnificent city view of the 401 404 express highway, etc......
The only cons are not having a personal washer in the apartment and no control over the thermostat.. its generally overheated for my preference, especially at night,....too much for comfort, though some posts claimed otherwise??!!.
