Visited a friends that lives there, beautiful dog park near by. Walking distance to TTC. Friendly staff. Pet friendly building. Building itself isn’t the newest but very well maintained.

My friend lives here and it’s cosy. The Staff here is great, if there is any problems they usually fix it on time. Ttc is within walking distance and it is pet friendly. If you have a dog the dog park is close by!

Friendly a Management, good location!!! I live more than 3 year in this building. I am very satisfied. Can recommend to other to move here

I lived here a long time ago. It doesn’t look like management has changed, and that’s not really for the better. Some of them could be a lot nicer. I understand that the building is old, but understand the concerns of your tenants.
