Just picked up a Whalen TV Stand from Hi tech world Canada. Manager Phil was extremely personable and helpful. Service was very prompt and was even given help putting the heavy item in my car. Thanks again Phil. I'm not sure why this place got negative reviews but I'm sure if you do business with Phil you won't be disappointed.

Bought a washing machine from John. He was very helpful in setting up the sale even though it was Saturday night at 8pm. He promised delivery on Tuesday but there was a snowstorm so delivery was delayed until Thurs. Unfortunately, the delivery person delivered the wrong appliance. So on Friday, John personally ensured that our washing machine was delivered, hooked up and the old machine taken away for no extra cost due to the delivery delay and mix-up. John was very easy to deal with as as he was diligent and honest. Thanks again for great customer service! Note: they don't have an in-house delivery service and rely on a third party. It would be easier to arrange for delivery on your own.
