The building is beautiful, the area is great,the only issue I have is that there isn't always security at the desk.

Over all nice looking condo they maintain it pretty good . the staff here are great once you get to know them rapheal and the cleaning women . pretty quite but for the past 3 years iv lived here iv never seen the garage door work for more than two months .....

Doesn't stink. Pretty clean hallways. Outside looks brand new because of the glass. Fairly classy place to live. Very convenient access to transit and a large selection of businesses and restaurants nearby. I just wish that the concierge would accept delivery items and parcels for residents.

The visitor's parking issue was fixed. There are many available spots for visitor's parking now. The fire alarm issue seems to be a thing of the past. In a word, you have "convenience". It's convenient to have many restaurant options in the area, a 24 hr Metro, Salon, gym across the street and access to the 401.
