(February 23, 2019, 9:19 pm)I've been with Iris for many years now and love them. The staff are always so nice and try to help as much as they can. They offer premium customer service and I have never had an issue with them. The quality of my glasses are excellent and they really know what they are talking about. Would 100% recommend, I've tried other places and nothing can compare because I keep going back to iris.

I was accompanying my husband and son who were going to this store to purchase sunglasses, they had a great selection, I ended up purchasing a pair for myself.
Great store would recommend it to others.
(February 9, 2019, 4:11 pm)I wouldn't go anywhere else for my eye care needs. The staff and docs are so friendly and kind. In particular Arman who helped me pick out a great pair of frames to accommodate my challenging prescription. They go out of their way to ensure you're getting the best look for the best price.
(December 18, 2018, 4:53 am)I found myself in need of prescription sunglasses and really didn't know what to choose. A friend recommended this place and I was very happy to find it. Arman really listened to what my needs were and guided me to a couple of great options. (I ended up choosing Maui Jim ) I have been wearing them for a week and the fit and optical quality are amazing. I am grateful because the last time I purchased glasses at a different place, I didn't make a great choice. With the good quality products on offer and Arman's able assistance this was a great experience. Thank you Arman!
(October 16, 2018, 2:50 pm)Recently moved to the city and I was looking for a new Optometrist for my son as he was due to update his glasses. I am very weary of who touches his eyes as they are very sensitive. After doing some research online I decided to come to IRIS. Let me tell you, from the moment we stepped into the store we were treated like royalty. The staff is so pleasant. You can really tell they're happy to be working there and take pride in their job. My son's eye exam went great. The doctor was very nice and thorough. I had lots of questions as my son's eyes are complicated and she was very patient with us. After the eye exam, their optrician sat down with us and explained the different lens options. He was very knowledgeable and I liked the fact that he gave us different lens options, and let us decide on what to get instead of being aggressive like some other places I've been to in the past. Their prices are pretty standard in this area, and reflect what they carry, which is better quality frames and lenses. The service and staff knowledge definitely justifies the price of the glasses. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good optometrist and high quality glasses. As far as brands go, they carry a lot of different brands, ranging from lower brands to premium ones.
