I found ITK by mistake when looking for warehouse furniture sales. When I found out that Brian was a manufacturer I was not interested because I knew it would be a long wait. I am glad I sat down with Brian because I needed 2 lounge suites (living room & man cave). He designed the living room for my wife and custom designed it exactly to the measurements. We chose the material, etc. He then designed my massive lounge suite in the basement and took into consideration how I was going to get it into the basement. (Something I did not think about) Brian customizes it so that I got the deepest largest sofas that could fit down the stairs. He also created 2 ottomans with storage that fit with the lounge suite to create a very large area to lie on. Brian emailed me everyday and updated me on the furniture and made sure all measurements would work out. The lounge suites are high quality and fit perfectly and Brian’s personality, his passion and his communication were excellent. I also received custom furniture in 2 weeks instead of the regular 6-8 weeks that others had told me. Thank you Brian
