Very fast and courteous service!! We went with Jenny & Justin after a few attempts at getting our new unit leased. They found us a tenant within a few days of taking over our listing (heavily saturated with available units) in a new condo building. They were both very responsive and attentive to our needs and answered all questions we threw their way in a prompt manner. I would definitely recommend this team to anyone.

Not all real estate agents are alike! We met Justin and Jenny by happenstance but wish that we could have found them sooner. No hour was too late in the evening, and no hour to early in the morning to take us to a property. Always offering to drive, Justin and Jenny were warm, kind and extremely thoughtful. They were mindful of our exact circumstances and tailored showings of properties in the GTA accordingly. Honesty and integrity are among their strongest attributes but let's be frank: whether you're buying or selling, you're looking for someone to get the job done! Look no further: in the midnight hour of the race to purchase exactly what we were looking for, we found out that we were likely going to lose - no sooner was Justin directly on the phone with the seller pleading our case. I still don't know what he could have possibly said to shift the tides but he won the home for us! Incredible. Highly recommended!

Jenny and Justin were fantastic in helping with my condo purchase in Toronto. Not only were they the utmost professional, they were very accommodating to my busy schedule, booking showings when it worked for me. I felt they always listened to what was important for me, and not once did I feel pressured from them to make a purchase. Selling a house can be challenging, especially when it is that of a loved one no longer with us.  Thankfully, Jenny and Justin made this very difficult experience, quick and so much easier.  Right from the beginning we knew we had made the right decision.  There was no pressure and once we signed with them, they worked quickly and efficiently, always available to answer the many questions we had, offering advice, and ensuring we were comfortable throughout the whole process.  Being from out of town, making repeated visits to the city was not always possible and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was covered.
