The customer service provided by the staff just make me want to go to local stores more often. Of course I can buy watches online but helping me figure out the right fit, the right style and at the right price can only be done with human interaction. This store does that. I couldn't figure out what to buy but the sales associate helped me find the right watch for me. It's located inside a mall where there's Canadian Tire and food court upstairs. Aside from watches, they seem to also sell jewelry and silver.

The price range varies but style and fit was more important to me.

Great customer service. Had a battery replaced in my watch within 5 min. They always know what to use and have it in stock.

A gem of a store! I recently purchased a diamond anniversary ring there... I did all my research, compared a bunch of big name shops online and then I stumbled across Jewels By Koby by accident one afternoon in Lawrence Square. They beat my best price with a ring that I thought would be out of my price range! Very friendly, knowledgeable staff and amazing service - I even had my ring re-sized on the spot in about 10 minutes. I would say they are one of the GTA’s best kept secrets. Highly recommended and I will definitely be a future customer for my next jewellery or watch purchase.

Amazing customer service and the staff are knowledgeable and respectful. I purchased a bracelet for my mom's birthday and the gentleman who assisted me was very helpful and gave me good recommendations within my price range. My mom was happy with her present as well! All in all, would definitely recommend and come back.

For years I’ve been coming to this store just because the staff are excellent and prices are very reasonable. They also have a good jeweller on-site that can give you good advices on your old Jewellery if you ever need to re-design aside from fixing your broken Jewellery which i did a few times. Excellent and fantastic service.
