I'm so happy to see JJ Bean coffee in Toronto too. I went to JJ Bean coffee in Vancouver 3years ago. Unforgettable coffee and atmosphere. Excited to see here again! Luv it????????????????????☕????

High end coffee that emberrases Tim's and Starbuckets coffee due to the quality. Small tea selection however, but you don't go to this place for tea! Very good tasting baked goods, and a nice atmosphere. Staff are kind and friendly, with a great seating area/tables, even for groups. You will begin to avoid other coffee shops after trying this place.

It's excellent. The coffee and the croissants are amazing.

Sadly we've had to stop going as they no longer have lactose free milk. So we can't have the lattes anymore.

This place was a hidden gem! So beautiful, coffee was amazing and the food was outstanding! Loved it and can't wait to go back!

I attended this location several times over the holidays to attempt to purchase a travel mug that included a gift certificate as advertised. I was told they were sold and to come back and they would have more mind in. They never did.

Last week I reattended the location and they now had the travel mugs again. I asked that they honour their advertised deal as I had attended several times for the offer.

I was told a manager would have to followup with me and I left my name phone number and a brief description of my complaint

To date no call or followup. Clearly they don't care about their repeat customers.

After my original review I was contacted by management and told there was a mix up in communication. The matter was resolved by management.
