  This place is absolutely incredible! I'm talking Next Level delicious. The portion sizes are monsters and super delicious. it is packed with customers every time I come there and they never disappoint me. The staff is always super friendly and willing to help you in any way possible. Canadians need to open up their minds and give this place a try because they're missing out on some really good food

  My absolute favourite restaurant. I've been to every location and the service, the food and the atmosphere are all amazing. I've never been a "regular" at a restaurant until Katsuya. My friends and I love coming here and we just love everyone who works there. Special shout out to Patrick who is the nicest guy and always shows us such great hospitality. My personal favourite and something I highly recommend is the Carbonara Katsu.

  We have been here multiple times and they never disappoint. Your greeted when you enter and when you leave; a nice touch. The place is on the small side but never had to wait. Katsuya offers AYCE Miso and Rice which is good thing. Serving is very good, you'll never leave wanting more. The ginger goes well with whatever meat you choose, the salad is very good but on the dry side but don't feel bad if you don't finish it. This is a place to check out.

  A wonderful place to have lunch! Nice food and drinks. Welcoming services. This place is well worth every penny!

  Food and experience was fabulous. My daughter spilled her soup and they were so quick and helpful to have it cleaned up. The portions are huge and delicious. It was busy and we got a table pretty quickly. Overall I'm very happy we went here.

Katsuya, North York, Toronto - Urbanspoon/Zomato

The new menu still centres around katsu, but offers a selection of appetizers and some twists on the traditional Japanese dish. I was invited by Darren, DKLo of DKLoEvents, to a media night at Katsuya to taste a selection of Katsuya's menu items. Dishes were served family style and I nibbled on a few bites from each plate.
