Having social anxiety I don’t usually get the in store experience at Kheils, but when I came in a couple weeks ago, helped by an employee going above and beyond during the c19 changes, I only had cash on me, luckily was given a couple samples to hold me off, I finally got my energizing face wash, amazing for anyone with a beard that wants a scrub like feeling without the beads in the beard.

This employee recognized me , through my mask and having shaved a huge beard, simply by voice and need, she was there in a bad situation with a solution, and making a normal interaction extra ordinary with a simple touch to attention, but this one employee was very kind, patient and understanding, made it tolerable to enter Yorkdale mall.

Super helpful staff! Vivian was such a great help. Although I didn't grab anything at the time, she was very knowledgable and helped me understand my skin and the best products to use. The other staff were friendly and smiled too, which was very welcoming. Will definitely be coming back!
