  Safia was excellent helping me determine which phone and data plan to get. In fact, the gentleman who seemed to be the manager was also great as my first point of contact. I would recommend this place to everyone. Alana also helped me with the promos on now.????

  The sales rep Safia was unbeleaveable gracious, kind, patient and helpful. She made my day and took alot of stress off my shoulders. What a great employee and a true blessing to Koodoo.

  The service I received at Koodo yesterday was by far the most best customer service and experience I had in all my years. Dipti was just awesome ! She is such a generous, knowledgeable and friendly sales representative who made me feel comfortable right away. She knows what she’s doing and she’s really good at it. She first got to know what kind of person I am and then showed me the different plans that would work best for me. I love my new phone plan now and I am fully satisfied. Happy Holidays ????

  For humanitarian love and phone business understanding, when the customer are not knowledgeable or are not sure of the situation, koodo staff specially Alaha amd Dipti are exceptional.
